Richtlinien zum Kauf von Startplatz-Gutscheinen

  1. Die Kosten für den Startplatz-Gutschein entsprechen der aktuell geltenden Startgebühr der jeweiligen Veranstaltung.
 
  1. Der Startplatz-Gutschein kann ausschließlich und nur einmalig für die beim Kauf gewählte Veranstaltung eingelöst werden und kann nicht auf das Folgejahr oder eine andere Veranstaltung übertragen werden.
 
  1. Der Startplatz-Gutschein gewährt einen 100%-Rabatt auf die aktuell geltende Startgebühr der jeweiligen Veranstaltung.
 
  1. Der Startplatz-Gutschein deckt lediglich die Kosten für den Startplatz und keine ggf. gebuchten Zusatzleistungen (wie. z.B. Miet-Chip, Medaillengravur, Finisher-Shirt etc.) ab.
 
  1. Eine Rückgabe und Barauszahlung des Startplatz-Gutscheins sind nicht möglich.
 
  1. Der Startplatz-Gutschein muss bis zum offiziellen Anmeldeschluss der jeweiligen Veranstaltung eingelöst werden. Alle Startplatz-Gutscheine, die nicht rechtzeitig eingelöst werden, verfallen ersatzlos.
 
  1. Die Zusendung des Startplatz-Gutscheins erfolgt ausschließlich als PDF per E-Mail. Für die Berarbeitung wird eine Gebühr in Höhe von 3,90 Euro erhoben.
 
  1. Die Zusendung des Startplatz-Gutscheins kann bis zu 14 Tage in Anspruch nehmen.

Guidelines regarding the purchase of start slot coupon
 
  1. The costs of the start slot coupon are according to the current valid entry fee of the respective event.
 
  1. The start slot coupon is exclusively and unique valid for the at the purchase selected event and cannot be used in the following year or for another event of the Marathon Hamburg Veranstaltungs GmbH.
 
  1. The start slot coupon allows a 100% discount on the current valid entry fee of the selected event.
 
  1. The start slot coupon covers the costs of the start slot and not the costs of any other possibly purchased additional service (for example rental chip, medal engraving, finisher shirt, etc.).
 
  1. An exchange or cash payback of the start slot coupon is not possible.
 
  1. The start slot coupon has to be redeemed until the official registration deadline of the selected event. All start slot coupons which have not been redeemed in time will expire without replacement.
 
  1. The shipment of the start slot coupon will exclusively be made by e-mail.
 
  1. The shipment of the start slot coupon can take up to 14 days.
